Wednesday night the girls had the wonderful opportunity to
dance on the street along with the rest of their dance school. It's something the dance school has been doing for the past several years and Gabi had a blast with last year. Both girls had been looking forward to this all summer.So the day arrived... and, as you may know from the earlier post, it was raining.... pouring. We went into town to get new glasses fitted for Amber and then called to make sure the drive would be worth it (as in, it wasn't raining so badly that they couldn't dance). And, sure enough, where we were going things we're looking more hopeful. So off we went.
It was still raining when we
arrived. But not as badly as it
was back home. The girls were chilly (especially Beth) so they had on their jackets. I was amazed that you couldn't tell that Beth was cold at all while she was dancing. She really does love it!Anyway... thought you'd like to see a couple pictures of the girls "Dancing in the rain".... a fun time and neat experience.
