The boys were playing a game with their dinosaurs that involved the dinosaurs needing to go to the doctor. I guess Peter was trying to convince Jeremy that they needed to see a new doctors because this is what I heard.
"Don't worry. They won't get kidnapped. And they won't get doctor-napped either."
